Shipping via ELTA Courier
The shipping cost via ELTA Courier is € 3.00 including VAT, for small packages up to 2kg.
For each extra kilo the cost increases by 1 €. In case of cash on delivery the charge is + 2.00 €.
After your order is shipped, you will find in your account the details of the respective order and the tracking number of your package. To see where your order is, click here.
WARRANTY & PRODUCT RETURNS
Our electronic devices come with a 3-month warranty. The basic condition is that the original packaging (box and wrapper) and the proof of purchase have been kept. In case of defective product please contact us for further clarifications.
You have the opportunity to return the product you bought free of charge within 14 days from the moment you received it.
The product must be returned with its packaging (in its original condition) and the retail receipt. Once we receive the product and the above applies, you will receive your money within 30 days.
If you want you can include in the product return, a document with the reasons why you return the product to help us become better.
